Discussing neuro-inclusion in your community or workplace

I’ve developed a series of workshops for parents, public sector organisations and companies including:

  • how to understand neurodiversity from a cultural perspective
  • how organisations can ensure their inclusion policies take an intersectional approach
  • how schools can ensure equity for neurodivergent children from global majority (BAME) backgrounds

I help organisations transform their inclusion policies into equitable cultures where everyone thrives.

With several years of experience as a people manager, I understand the unique challenges organisations face when supporting employees with neurodivergent children – no matter how well-intentioned they may be. I work with companies to identify the common obstacles neurodivergent employees often encounter and the long-term impact these can have on their wellbeing. By addressing these issues proactively, I empower organisations to support staff who may be struggling in silence, allowing them to harness their strengths and contribute fully.
